W Hotels announced the appointment of Arjun Deoskar as the new Food & Beverage Manager at W Goa.
With over 15 years of experience in the Indian hospitality industry, Deoskar is poised to elevate W Goa’s culinary offerings and enhance the guest experience.
He has a deep understanding of global and regional cuisines, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences. As the Food & Beverage Manager at W Goa, Deoskar will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the hotel’s food and beverage operations, including the five vibrant dining venues at the hotel such as The Kitchen Table, Spice Traders, Sylvia, RockPool and WooBar; in-room dining; banquets, and special events.
He will work closely with the hotel’s Culinary Director, Beverage Director, and the entire food and beverage team to ensure exceptional guest experiences, maintain high food & beverage quality standards, and drive revenue growth through creative initiatives & collaborations.

Deoskar joins W Goa from The St. Regis Goa Resort (previously The Leela Palaces, Hotels & Resorts) where he was the Food & Beverage Manager. In his long and successful stint at The St. Regis Goa Resort, he held various leadership positions which helped him garner valuable experience in diverse domains such as in food and beverage, front office, and royal club operations.
