With a career spanning over 15 years, Arpit brings a wealth of experience to his new role, having worked with renowned brands such as IHG, Carlson, Wyndham, and our organization for the past six years.
Arpit holds a four-year Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management from West Bengal University of Technology and a Dual MBA Graduate in Hospitality & Human Resources from Karnataka State University. His dedication and commitment to excellence have earned him recognition as a two-time runner-up in the Hotelier India Awards, under the Best Front Office Manager category in the 5-star segment across India, for the years 2021 and 2023.
Arpit has consistently demonstrated his unwavering loyalty to Marasa Sarovar and has shown remarkable resilience in handling challenging situations solely for the betterment of the company, transcending personal interests. His ability to set high-performance standards, strive for constant improvement, and compete against a standard of excellence make him a valuable addition to the Hotel.
