Le Meridien Kochi has announced the appointment of Arunima Mohan as the new Training Manager
With extensive experience in the hospitality and aviation industry, Arunima brings with her an innovative approach to learning and development.
In her previous role, she was the Aviation & Grooming Trainer for Frankfinn Institute, where she was responsible for all mandatory training in safety and security, crew resource management, helping screen and groom candidates for cabin interviews, etc while also ensuring all candidates are well versed with the necessary rules, regulations and operational formalities of the airline, governmental and company laws. Before this, she was the Line Check Manager for Akasa Air.
Arunima’s role involved ensuring all crew personnel met the requirements for flight operations, conducting regulatory training, performance appraisals, and compliance with necessary service standards.
Before her role in training, Arunima was part of the Etihad Airways and Air India Flight Crew where she had won many accolades and praise for her exemplary ratings on service and performance becoming a mentor to her juniors in ensuring the highest level of service for all VIP and frequent flyer guests.
In her current role as Training Manager with Le Meridien Kochi, Arunima will be responsible for elevating guest experience through the various training programs that foster professional development, enhance customer experiences, and drive organizational growth.
