Kumar has more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry in a number of remarkable roles — Front office, Rooms and Pre-opening experience.
A people-centric professional, Kumar has acquired a deep knowledge of diverse aspects of hotel management and has gained experience in dealing with different cultural backgrounds while working across India. However, his true passion remains with Rooms and Administration.
Kumar is a strategic planner who believes in perfect deployment and integration of human beings to move ahead and achieve goals along with his team. Having worked in the industry in different positions over the years, he has grasped a notable hold over the nuances of the hospitality sector. He also possesses the knack of managing negotiations, forecasting, revenue management, crisis management, and various other operation-related services.
Kumar loves to travel, cook and be in his gym and with his assignment at Hyatt Regency, Lucknow. He looks forward to a daily dose of excitement and fun.
