With over 25 years of distinguished hospitality experience, Ashwni Kumar Goela is a seasoned leader in the hotel industry. In his new role, he will oversee the operations of 21 hotels in Delhi (NCR) as the Area General Manager and continue to serve as the General Manager of Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport.
Ashwni holds multiple certifications and honours in hospitality business acumen, change management, and leading and motivating teams, demonstrating his commitment to continuous learning and improvement. His proven track record includes outstanding results in guest satisfaction, revenue growth, cost optimization, and stakeholder engagement.
Ashwni is adept at grooming and training the leadership team of his hotel and the General Managers in his region, ensuring timely progress of the hotels, and coordinating with the management company and the owners. He is known for his strong commercial acumen, innovative strategies, and ability to disrupt the status quo and turn around businesses.
