Balasubramaniam’s career began in the front office, where he developed a keen understanding of guest service and operational efficiency. His journey includes significant roles at IHG Hotels and Resorts, Asiana Hotels, and GRT Hotels and Resorts, and he has been part of Marriott International since 2015, with a one-year break from Marriott during which he further enriched his experience in the hospitality sector.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Annamalai University and an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Madras, underscoring his commitment to both operational excellence and strategic management.
Known for his exceptional operational skills and ability to enhance guest experiences, Balasubramaniam is adept at optimizing processes and leading teams to success.
