The Madrid EDITION – Oroya and The Roof
Located on the fourth floor at The Madrid EDITION you will find OROYA, the restaurant led by award-winning Peruvian Chef Diego Muñoz. This spring the restaurant and roof terrace unveils a new menu featuring sharing style plates with fresh new ingredients. Hero dishes include traditional sea bass ceviche, red prawn tiradito, grilled scallops, grilled beef filet and salt crust potatoes with huancaina, coffee and red endive. For those who love a good cocktail, OROYA also offers a wide variety of signature creations to enjoy on its own or with the delicious new menu.
OROYA offers indoor and al fresco dining in a relaxed, convivial greenhouse-like setting, with climbing plants and coloured glass panels that cast bright patterns across the room. OROYA’s terrace, The Roof, is an outdoor seductive garden in the sky featuring a fireplace and a vine-covered pergola, beneath which sits a bleach teak bar and rattan bar stools alongside a long oak table, perfect for the cocktail hour, lazy lunches, intimate candlelit dinners or light bites with friends and family.
The Rome EDITION – The Roof
Just opened, The Roof at The Rome EDITION is located on the seventh floor offering unobstructed views across the city skyline and landmarks. It features a travertine plunge pool surrounded by daybeds and a large bar area. Here, guests can enjoy dishes inspired by Italian-Mediterranean coastal cuisine, such as the Mediterranean Delight with creamed cod, parmesan, and onion crackers in sweet and sour sauce, alongside the grilled octopus, eggplant, basil and smoked mozzarella.
The Roof also offers a curated cocktail list featuring regional citrus notes, herbs and Amari to create a truly Italian list. Highlights include the Movie Star Spritz made with Tanqueray ten gin, amaro Montenegro, licor 43, passion fruit syrup, lime juice and prosecco, and the Pink Island Ice Tea made with cherry liquor, Ketel One vodka, Casamigos tequila blanco, Casamigos mezcal, Angostura bitter, lemon juice, simple syrup and soda.

The Tokyo EDITION, Ginza – The Roof
Ginza’s first rooftop bar serving natural wine, The Roof, delivers a green retreat from the street-level bustle with views of Tokyo Tower. Hemmed by lush vertical fern gardens and olive trees, kept below eye-level to ensure views of the surrounding cityscape, this unique seasonal rooftop oasis opens to intimate plant-fringed seating nooks and long communal tables for private gatherings of all sizes. The Roof fuels social gatherings with biodynamic champagnes, rare orange wines and original cocktails incorporating wines and spirits from local wineries and distilleries. The Roof will serve select food from the Sophie at EDITION menu.
The Standard, Ibiza – UP
The Standard, Ibiza reopened UP, its iconic rooftop bar and restaurant in time for the summer. The space will showcase the same incredible views but will introduce a larger bar and restaurant area, now seating up to 100, with poolside sun loungers and dining tables overlooking the historic Dalt Vila and Old Town.
UP will also unveil a refreshed concept from Chef David Ruano that fuses Latin and Japanese flavours. Guests can expect umami generated by the Asian dressings, as well as the acidic, fresh, spicy and smoky Mexican counterpoint. Dishes will include Shiitake Croquettes with Wasabi Mayonnaise, Sea Bass with Miso Jalapeño & Pickle Salad and Salmon Teriyaki & Mango Pico de Gallo.
To complement the new menu, UP will also feature both local and international DJs from late afternoon into the evening. Expect Balearic and world sounds to backdrop sundowners every night throughout the Summer months.
The Standard, London – The Rooftop
As warmer weather approaches, The Standard, London, is delighted to announce the reopening of The Rooftop. Located on the 11th floor of The Standard, London in the heart of King’s Cross and steps away from the Eurostar, The Rooftop offers unparalleled views of the iconic London skyline, providing the perfect setting for an after-work unwind or sunset soiree to elevate weekend plans.
This year, The Standard is excited to introduce a new addition: the food truck serving New York-inspired pizza slices. Diners can indulge in a 16” pizza with loved ones or enjoy a New York-style slice to themselves loaded with their favourite toppings.
Sparrow Italia Offers Al Fresco Dining All Summer Long in their Beloved ‘Sparrow’s Nest’
With an intimate 20-seater rooftop named “Sparrow Nest” tucked down the bespoke Avery Row, Sparrow Italia offers its diners the optimal viewpoint to enjoy the skyline this Spring and Summer. The Sparrow Nest offers customers access to a bespoke dining and wine and spirits menu, perfect for al fresco socializing.
AC Downtown LA – La Lo La Rooftop
La Lo La Rooftop is an ethereal, sophisticated oasis high above the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. Located on the 34th floor of the AC Hotel Downtown LA, the rooftop bar offers 270-degree views of the city and invites guests to cool down from the heat with a signature cocktail (or two) such as the La Lo La Sangria or the Skyline Mule.
Drinks can be complemented with Spanish-style tapas such as Gambas Al Ajillo or Ahi Tuna Tostadas. This can be enjoyed alongside a rotating program of live music and DJs to set the tone.
