Balaji Sarovar Premiere has announced the appointment of Bhavesh Pagare as the Learning and Development Manager
Bhavesh Pagare brings with him a wealth of expertise and fresh perspectives. Bhavesh is an alumnus of the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition-Mumbai (IHM-Mumbai) with a dual Master’s degree in business administration from Smt. P. D. Hinduja Trust’s Institute of Management Studies and Hospitality Management & Catering Technology from Central University of Haryana where he has achieved a silver medal in academic performance.
Prior to this, Bhavesh cultivated his expertise by working with prominent names in the national and international hospitality industry, including Marriott, Taj group of hotels.
Pagare’s journey in the hospitality sector began humbly as a Human Resources Trainee – Management, his dedication, unwavering pursuit of excellence, and continuous learning have propelled him up the professional ladder, culminating in his leadership of the Human Resources & Training department at Balaji Sarovar Premiere Solapur.
His role will be responsible for identifying and assessing training needs, creating tailored training plans, and implementing various training methods to enhance employees’ skills and performance.
