Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences has appointed Chayan Sinha as the new Learning & Development Manager.
From his previous role as the Cluster Learning & Development Manager (North India Region) at Ibis Hotels, Chayan Sinha brings over 14 years of valuable experience from renowned brands such as The Park, Atlantis Resorts, and Accor.
With a rich background encompassing various sectors, Chayan embodies the ideal blend of experience and expertise essential for guiding the organization towards success through the people. His role entails crafting learning initiatives that align with the hotel’s business objectives, fostering skill development, and enhancing capabilities for all Heartists across Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences.

Chayan Sinha, the new Learning & Development Manager, holds a CIPD Level five Diploma in L&D and a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management. Before joining Accor Hotels, Chayan worked at Atlantis the Palm, Dubai from 2014 until 2021. With over seven years of experience in Hotel Operations and seven years in Learning and development, Chayan has a perfect mix of experience and expertise to help the organisation achieve success through people. His expertise is achieving Customer Service excellence, designing e-learning training content and implementing Career Development Programs.
