Chef Baldeep Singh Reehal appointed as Executive Chef, to lead the culinary team at Courtyard by Marriott Ahmedabad (Ramdevnagar).
With 16 years of experience in the industry, Chef Baldeep has exceptional culinary talent and a passion for creating unforgettable dining experiences.
Throughout his career, Chef Baldeep Singh Reehal has worked in some of the most prestigious kitchens across the country from brands like Marriott International’s Sheraton & Courtyard brands to Radisson and Hyatt, earning critical acclaim for his innovative cuisine and creative use of local ingredients.
In his new role as Executive Chef, Chef Baldeep will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the culinary operations, from menu development to food preparation and presentation. He will work closely with the existing culinary team to enhance the dining experiences at the restaurants and bring new and innovative dishes to the menu.
