JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity has announced the appointment of Chef Hem Singh as the new Executive Sous Chef

With over 13 years of culinary experience across some of India’s most prestigious luxury hospitality brands, Chef Hem brings a wealth of expertise and creativity to his new role. His career spans celebrated properties including Taj Lands’ End Mumbai, Trident BKC Mumbai, JW Marriott Bengaluru, Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Center, and most recently, the pre-opening of Raffles Jaipur. His diverse culinary journey has nurtured a passion for Mediterranean, Indian, and Asian cuisines, and a deep appreciation for evolving gastronomic trends.
Chef Hem’s core areas of expertise include menu development and innovation, kitchen leadership and team mentorship, cost control and inventory management, and delivering exceptional guest dining experiences.
