Chef Jude previously left an indelible impression on the palates of discerning diners while being a part of the preopening team of Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai; during which he played an essential role in setting the culinary direction and creating a gastronomic experience that aligned with the hotel’s commitment to luxury and excellence.
