With an impressive culinary background and a flair for innovation, Chef Kalpesh Kature is set to enrich our gastronomic offerings and elevate the overall dining experience.

Chef Kalpesh brings a wealth of culinary expertise and more than 14 years of invaluable experience in the realm of Hospitality and Food and beverage Operations. His remarkable leadership skills are matched by his ability to orchestrate complex dining experiences, develop exceptional menus, and lead a diverse team with precision. He excels in effective communication and has a proven track record of thriving in multicultural environments, fostering collaboration among individuals from diverse backgrounds.

In his role as Executive Chef, Chef Kalpesh Kature will oversee the culinary operations of our esteemed hotel’s three unique dining outlets: R Kitchen, the multi-cuisine all-day dining restaurant; Kuro – The Asian Bistro; and Mill & Co – Coffee House. Additionally, he will lend his culinary expertise to our banquet offerings, ensuring that every guest experiences the finest flavors and a memorable culinary journey.

Chef Kalpesh’s journey through the culinary landscape has been nothing short of remarkable. With over 14 years of experience, his presence has graced renowned establishments across the hospitality industry. His tenure at Fairfield by Marriott Pune Kharadi, Ibis India, Royal Orchids Golden Suite, and Radisson showcases his versatility and commitment to the art of gastronomy.
