With a rich culinary journey that spans over three decades, and all across the world, Chef Fracalossi’s passion for the art of gastronomy was ignited in the heart of Italy in 1998. Over the years, he honed his skills, and in 2003, he had the privilege of working under the renowned Chef Antonino Cannavacciuolo at Villa Crespi. During his remarkable five-year tenure, the restaurant was awarded a prestigious 2nd Michelin Star, a testament to his extraordinary talents.

In 2014, Chef Fracalossi embarked on a global adventure, taking his culinary expertise to countries such as Russia, Qatar, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Saipan. His international experiences allowed him to master diverse cuisines and gain a deep appreciation for culinary traditions worldwide.

In 2016, Chef Matteo Fracalossi joined the Hyatt family when he joined Park Hyatt Ho Chi Minh City, where he served as Chef de Cuisine. His innovative creations and dedication to culinary excellence quickly gained recognition, setting the stage for his remarkable journey to Andaz Delhi.
