Hilton Jaipur has announced the appointment of Chef Mohkam Singh as the new Executive Chef.
Chef Mohkam Singh brings with him a wealth of proficiency in culinary domain and in his new stint, he will be responsible to drive the culinary department and enhance the overall guest experiences.
A hospitality professional with more than 19 years of experience across renowned hospitality brands in India and overseas such as The Oberoi Group, The Lalit, Radisson and One and Only Royal Mirage, Mohkam, has excellent interpersonal skills and a consistent performance record. Mohkam will now be leading all facets of the culinary department at Hilton Jaipur that includes 04 Outlets, 11,000 sq. ft of banqueting space and Outdoor catering, and IRD operations for 179 guestrooms.
