With an illustrious career spanning nearly three decades, Chef NG Siew Choy brings extraordinary expertise and a passion for the art of dimsum.

Chef Choy is a globally acclaimed maestro of Chinese cuisine, renowned for his exquisite craftsmanship and culinary artistry. His illustrious career spans multiple continents, where he has helmed elite kitchens in Singapore and Russia, including the prestigious JI XIN AH YAT Group PTE LTD, the Turandot Restaurant, and Orchard Hotel. India is no unfamiliar stage for Chef Choy’s culinary brilliance. He previously spearheaded the dimsum section at The Oberoi, New Delhi’s iconic Taipan restaurant, followed by a restaurant under his name, Mr. Choy, in the bustling Khan Market of New Delhi. His culinary prowess made him a sought-after favorite among celebrities, dignitaries, and discerning connoisseurs, solidifying his status as a visionary in the world of Chinese gastronomy.
