Holiday Inn Gurugram Sector 90 has announced the appointment of Chef Prakash Yadav as the new Executive Chef
He comes with a rich experience of more than16 years in the hospitality industry. Chef Prakash brings his expertise and passion for food to elevate the dining experience of the hotel.
Chef Prakash has an extensive background in kitchen operations, menu planning, food production and has worked with renowned brands including One & Only Royal Mirage- Dubai, Devi Ratan Resort, Golden Tulip, Lemon Tree Premier, ITC Fortune Jaipur, Park Inn by Radisson, ITC Fortune Park Vapi and Fairfield by Marriott Lucknow.
His hands on approach ensures that each dish is crafted with perfection and balanced taste.
Prior to this, he was with Courtyard by Marriott Goa as a Executive Chef and was instrumental in shaping the culinary journey of guests.
His educational background includes a Post-Graduation Program in Executive Business Management from Xavier’s Institute of Business Management Studies, further enhancing his skills and Knowledge in the field.
