Radisson Blu Amritsar has announced the elevation of Chef Ravi Ummagani to the position of Executive Chef.
Ravi has joined us in Dec-2022 as Executive Sous Chef, he has been elevated to Executive Chef. Ravi is based in Amritsar, Punjab and will be reporting to Area General Manager, Jitender Pal Sohal.
Ravi Ummagani has over 15 years of rich culinary experience in production management, inventory, equipment maintenance & quality control, customer relationship management and personnel management.
He has worked with the leading organisations as IHG, RHG, Pride group of hotels.
In his current role as an Executive Chef for Radisson Blu & Park Inn by Radisson Amritsar, he is going to lead F & B Production Operations for both the Hotels.
Ravi has done his Hotel Management from Pioneer Institute of Hotel Management, Hyderabad.
Ravi loves cooking, playing cricket & travelling.
