Marriott Hotels in Surat has announced the promotion of Chef Sunil Gangwal to the position of Cluster Director of Food & Beverage Operations at Surat Marriott Hotel and Courtyard by Marriott Surat
In his new role, Sunil will oversee all culinary operations, bringing with him over two decades of expertise in the hospitality industry, including several pre-opening projects and a proven record of elevating guest experiences across leading properties.
Sunil’s vast experience includes leadership roles at Marriott Surat, Renaissance Hotel Ahmedabad, and various culinary and operational positions within the Marriott and Hyatt brands. Known for his strategic approach, Sunil has successfully led F&B teams to implement innovative menu concepts, strengthen cost efficiency, and improve guest satisfaction metrics.
He is recognized for his commitment to sustainability, quality standards, and fostering an environment that promotes creativity and excellence among his teams.
