Novotel Goa Panjim has announced the appointment of Chef Utsha Chakraborti as the new Sous Chef at Nora’s Cantina, Spanish and Portuguese Tapas Bar

With a remarkable culinary journey across renowned hospitality brands, Chef Utsha is poised to bring creativity and unparalleled expertise to the hotel’s gastronomic experiences.
Chef Utsha started her journey as Commis Chef at The Westin Chennai and over the course of her career she has honed her skills at esteemed properties such as The Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru, Hyderabad Marriott Convention Centre, Park Hyatt Chennai, and The Leela Palace Jaipur. The Chef specializes in Italian and continental cuisine, she has successfully led teams, managed menu engineering, and ensured seamless kitchen operations in some of the country’s finest culinary spaces.
In her new role at Novotel Goa Panjim, Chef Utsha will oversee the kitchen operations at Nora’s Cantina, curating innovative dishes while maintaining the brand’s commitment to excellence. Her passion for food, meticulous approach to menu design, and ability to blend traditional flavours with contemporary techniques will enhance the dining experience for guests.
