Cheval Collection has announced the addition of a second Dubai property to portfolio, Cheval Maison – Expo City Dubai
The property will feature 151 exquisite bedrooms and studios accompanied by a range of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, a rooftop pool, meeting and events spaces, a restaurant and bar, brasserie and coffee shop
Located in Dubai’s thriving Expo City just moments from the metro, this prestigious building hosted visiting world leaders during Expo 2020 Dubai and did so again during the COP28 climate conference in December 2023.
The Cheval Maison – Expo City Dubai will feature cosy studio apartments, studio apartments, one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom apartments and royal suites. Guests will be able to enjoy a host of luxury amenities to ensure a truly VIP experience.
The Expo City Dubai is currently expanding. The expansion of the Dubai Exhibition Centre (DEC) has been strategically planned to align with the visionary goals of Expo City Dubai, the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan, and the recently announced expansion of Al Maktoum International Airport, which is set to become the world’s largest once fully operational.
The DEC master plan outlines the venue’s expansion in three key phases to accommodate the increasing demand for large-scale venues. Once all phases of expansion are complete, the DEC will be 1.5 times larger than the current Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre (DICEC), serving as the new home for mega exhibitions.
