Visiting New Zealand has definitely been the most memorable trip of my life. Visiting Auckland was a dream come true for me. It is a diverse multicultural city filled with historical monuments and natural beauty. For the first time in my life, I had a real-life experience of sailing and flying a plane. The feeling can’t be described in words.
Q: You dream of going to:
I have explored a lot of international destinations in my life. But Las Vegas is still my dream destination. The resort city is famous for its nightlife, casinos and entertainment options. The energy and the dynamism of the place are beyond comparison.
Q: Favourite airline and why?
I like Singapore Airlines for its punctuality, congenial cabin crew, cleanliness and comfortable seats, which come with a convenient in-set power supply feature. I also love its award-winning in-flight entertainment system.
Q: Best hotel experience and why?
While I have stayed at several hotels, JW Marriot Jaipur Resort & Spa is my all-time favourite. Situated at the heart of the Rajasthan, the hotel is known for its sheer luxury, comfort and royal opulence. The best part of the hotel is that it combines traditional architecture with modern elements.
Q: A place you plan to visit again:
I wouldn’t mind visiting Greece. The land is known for its stunning landscapes, pristine beaches and lively culture. One can find passionate music, scrumptious cuisine, and indulge in thrilling activities.
Q: A family vacation that stands out:
I would always remember the family vacation we took to Singapore. My family and I had wonderful experiences in this port city, known for its vibrant, cosmopolitan culture and warm, friendly people. From Sentosa Island to Merlion, the official mascot of Singapore, there was a lot to enjoy. The view at Gardens by the Bay was stunning. Kids had a wonderful time at Universal Studios.
Q: Your best holiday with friends:
Moscow. The city is known for its famous museums, galleries and theatres. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Moscow. I would certainly like to visit it once again.
Q: Great food you enjoyed and where?
Istanbul has the best street food scene in the whole world. Grilled meat, baked goodies, wraps, sandwiches and sweets are some of the delicacies that one must try out.
Q: What to watch out for while travelling?
Personal safety is important while travelling. Taking care of your finances and documents are other important things that must be kept in mind, especially while travelling alone.
Q: As a travel buyer, what’s your philosophy?
I am not interested in material things. However, I do believe in acquiring memories. The desire to create exciting memories is what drives me towards travelling.
