Courtyard By Marriott Agra associated with The Indian Deaf Cricket Association (IDCA) as the hospitality partner for the recently concluded 6th IDCA T20 National Cricket Championship For The Deaf held in Agra from 14th – 19th November.
The hotel hosted the organizing committee members and it was a privilege to interact with Sumit Jain, President of IDCA and the amazing ladies and gentlemen behind this league. We are excited about this partnership with IDCA to give these incredibly talented cricketers the platform and recognition they deserve.
We will continue to support the growth of these specially-abled players and carry this relationship in the years to come with the hope that this will inspire many more young individuals.
The hotel’s General Manager, Saurabh Khanna was invited as the Guest of Honor for the opening ceremony held on 14th November 2022. It was a surreal experience to witness the preparation, execution and determination of these incredibly gifted cricketers. They truly define the term “mind over matter” and hope this will inspire many more to chase their dreams irrespective of the obstacles ahead as shared by Khanna.
