With an impressive 17-year career in Human Resources & Training, Purnima Vaid brings a wealth of experience in talent development, organizational growth, and strategic HR management. Having worked with prestigious hotel brands such as Crowne Plaza, Radisson Hotel Group and in her recent leadership roles in Human Resource, Purnima has honed her skills in developing high-performing teams and driving cultural transformation across.
Notable among her contributions are her roles at Crowne Plaza Duqm, Crowne Plaza Sohar and Crowne Plaza Bahrain, where she successfully led HR and L&D functions and fostered a collaborative, growth-driven environment. In her new role, Purnima will be instrumental in strengthening Crowne Plaza Greater Noida’s efforts to attract and develop top-tier talent while ensuring a supportive and empowering work culture.
Heena Pareek – Learning & Quality Manager
With over 9 years of diverse experience in the hospitality industry, Heena Pareek has demonstrated a unique ability to excel in various operational and leadership roles. Heena’s professional journey includes key positions such as Housekeeping Assistant at Oberoi Amarvilas, Agra, Stewardess with Crystal Serenity, and Housekeeping Supervisor at Four Seasons Hotel, Mumbai. She most recently served as Learning and Development Manager at Radisson, Gwalior, where she developed expertise in training, quality management, and team development.
Heena holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration specializing in Human Resources, and is known for her passion for learning, talent development, and a strong commitment to quality and excellence. In her new role, she will be responsible for enhancing learning opportunities and quality management at Crowne Plaza Greater Noida, ensuring continuous growth for both employees and guests.
