Crowne Plaza Greater Noida announced three new additions to its leadership team; Sunena Bhushan as Operations Manager, Ishita Ganguly as Director of Sales & Marketing, and Vijay Kumar Pandey as Executive Housekeeper.
Ishita will be responsible for optimizing the hotel revenue performances and business development verticals and will also be strategizing very closely with the food and beverage team to enhance their visibility and drive the reputation of the hotel. With over 12 years of experience in the industry with Hyatt & Accor across various roles, Ishita brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the hotel. She has a proven track record of successfully developing and implementing sales strategies that have resulted in significant revenue growth for her previous companies.
Sunena brings with her over 17 years of experience in hotel operations, guest relations and Front office. She started her career as a Guest Service Officer with Hyatt Regency Delhi and has worked with brands like Dusit Devrana, The Leela Palace New Delhi and many more. Her last stint was with The Roseate House New Delhi (Aero-city) as Executive Assistant Manager –Accommodation. In her new role, Sunena will be responsible for overseeing and managing all operations of the hotel, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. She will work closely with the senior leadership team to implement strategies and initiatives for delivering true hospitality to the guests.
Vijay is a result-oriented professional with over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry. With a proven track record of exceptional teamwork, he began his career at The Oberoi Hotels and Resorts in 2003 and has worked with renowned hotel brands like, Taj Hotels, IHG Hotels and Resorts, Hilton Hotel & Resorts and Radisson Hotel Group. His last stint was with The St. Regis Goa Resort as Director of Services.
Throughout his journey, Vijay has demonstrated diligent attention to guest experience and feedback. Here at Crowne Plaza Greater Noida Vijay will lead our dedicated housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and aesthetics throughout the hotel. With his meticulous eye for detail and a passion for creating welcoming environments he will ensure that the guests enjoys a serene and luxurious stay.
