Ramada Plaza by Wyndham and Ramada by Wyndham, Lucknow appoints Deepak Kumar as the Executive Assistant Manager.
In his new role, Deepak Kumar will be responsible for the hotel’s positioning, staff, and operations. Deepak brings with him a wealth of experience spanning 15 years, having worked with, Marriott, Intercontinental Hotel Group, Zuri Group of Hotels, The LaLit hotels, and Radisson Hotel Group. And also worked with Diani Reef Beach Resort &Spa, in Kenya, Africa.
Deepak Kumar is a highly energetic team player and experienced hospitality professional and will play a key role in ensuring that the Ramada Hotel, Lucknow continues providing guests with the same high-quality service and the exceptional value that it has been known for Lucknow.
Earlier, Deepak Kumar was working as Hotel Operations Manager with Diani Reef Beach Resort & Spa, in Kenya, Africa. He was accountable for the overall operations of the hotel to achieve customer satisfaction and quality service while exceeding financial goals.
Deepak graduated from Lalit Narayan Mithila University with a Bachelor’s degree in Science and 03 years of Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology.
On his appointment as an Executive Assistant Manager with Ramada and Ramada Plaza by Wyndham, Deepak said, “I am excited to be part of a highly energetic team and confident that he would be able to contribute to take the guest experience to the next level. ”
