Deependra Singh Jodha an accomplished professional, with more than 12 years of experience in hospitality management joins Pride Hospitality. During his work tenure, he has served the hospitality sector in various operational roles.

As General Manager for Pride Hospitality, he will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, recruiting team, implementing various processes, training frontline managers, and representing the brand in various conferences and workshops.

He started her career with 1589 hotels, Ajmer as Front office assistant. From there he worked with many reputed brands like Best Western Plus Heritage Village Resort, Hotel Park Regent, Hotel GenNext, etc. His last assignment was in the capacity of Front Office Manager. He was responsible for overseeing the operations functions, liaising with department heads, ensuring compliance with SOPs, policies, procedures, and service standards, and developing the hotel executive team to ensure career progression and development. During his work tenure, an increase in guest satisfaction level and employee satisfaction levels was reported.

A management graduate of Annamalai University, he has a degree in sales and marketing, and would be responsible for implementing new policies for customer and employee’s satisfaction, efficient functioning of the property, and pushing local employment.
