Dirham Haque, a native of New Delhi, has embarked on an impressive culinary journey, having traversed diverse cities and countries. Notably, as the Executive Chef at Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru at Embassy ONE, he played a pivotal role in the pre-opening team, overseeing the successful launch of six restaurants and bars.
His culinary journey commenced with a Bachelor of Arts – Honours in Culinary Arts from the University of Huddersfield, UK, complemented by specialized training at prestigious institutions such as Welcomgroup Management Institute and Emirates Institute of Hospitality.
Dirham’s culinary prowess has earned him numerous awards, including the 17th Best Restaurant in Asia for Dum Pukht, ITC Maurya, and a distinguished No. 9 spot on the Hoteliers Web List of Power 25 Culinary (India and Middle East).
