Holiday Inn Gurugram Sector 90 has announced the appointment of Hemant Bhatt as the new Front Office Manager.
He brings with him 14 years of wealthy experience in delivering exceptional guest experience.
His last tenure was with Novotel Chennai and has been associated with Grand Mercure Vadodara, ITC Welcome group in the past.
In addition to his exemplary professional background, it is noteworthy that Hemant is very strong in operational proficiency and with keen eye for detail, he ensures that each guest coming to the hotel leaves with memorable experience. Apart from looking into daily operations, he ensures to lead and develop the team by handling guest enquiries, special requests and smooth operations.
He is also involved in managing budget, expenses and contributes in revenue of the front office. He played key role in achieving ‘Manager of the Quarter’ and ‘Trainer of the month’ recognition award in the past by successfully increasing the guest satisfaction metrics, improved team efficiency and service quality.
When he is not at work, Hemant loves to travel and explore new places.
