The event started with a Red Carpet welcome and an elegant High Tea hosted in the picturesque Shikar Bagh, surrounded by the serene ambience of the resort’s lush gardens. It was followed by traditional lamp lighting and a Bharatanatyam recital at the newly renovated lobby adorned with classical chitrakari gold filigree motifs.
As the evening progressed, guests were captivated by a Dastaangoi recital, an expressive storytelling form characterized by its dramatic flair. This performance, titled “Dastan – e – Madhubala,” brought to life the times and tales of Bollywood’s iconic siren, adding an enchanting cultural touch to the evening.
The highlight of the evening was a meticulously curated dinner at the Baradari Pavilion Lawns, featuring the sumptuous flavours of the Northwest Frontier cuisine. Guests indulged in a menu that celebrated the bold tastes and aromatic spices of this cherished culinary tradition.
