Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has announced the signing of its fifth Ginger branded hotel in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region of Thane, Maharashtra.
This greenfield project embodies Ginger’s lean luxe design philosophy, offering guests the perfect blend of work and leisure in vibrant, contemporary spaces.
Speaking on the occasion, Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President – Real Estate & Development, IHCL, said, “The signing of our fifth Ginger hotel in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) in Thane aligns with IHCL’s strategic vision of expanding its presence in key urban centres in India. The 200-key Ginger Thane is located in the heart of the business district in close proximity to retail centres.
