Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has announced the signing of a resort in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh
This brownfield project will be branded as Gateway.
Speaking on the occasion, Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President – Real Estate and Development, IHCL states, “Gwalior, with its rich heritage and growing infrastructure, is emerging as a key destination in central India. This signing reflects our strategy of expanding in key cultural and economic centres across the country. We are delighted to partner with Imperial Hospitality for this project.”
Set across an expansive 30.8-acre, the 186-key Gateway Gwalior will feature an array of dining options including an all-day diner, specialty restaurants, and a bar. Guests can enjoy state-of-the-art amenities such as a gym, two swimming pools, a spa, and an associated golf course. With expansive banqueting facilities including two outdoor spaces accommodating up to 10,000 guests and two indoor halls with a total area of 1,100 square meters, the resort will cater to social and corporate events.

With the addition of this hotel, IHCL will have 15 hotels in Madhya Pradesh including 6 under development.
