ITC Hotels Limited, as an independent pure play hospitality company post-demerger from ITC Limited, is all set to shape its own growth trajectory with its repertoire of signature properties, world class cuisines, enthralling experiences, manifesting its ethos of inclusivity and responsible stewardship. ITC Hotels will also continue to pursue its Asset Right strategy to expand its footprint across India and in proximal markets.

Buoyed by the Government’s policy interventions for the hospitality sector and a flourishing domestic tourism industry, ITC Hotels has strong growth enablers in place. Debuting with a zero-debt balance sheet and a cash/cash equivalents of ₹1,500 crore to cater to planned growth and contingency requirements, ITCHL is now listed for trading on the stock exchanges. ITC Limited retains a 40% stake in ITCHL, while the remaining 60% is distributed among existing shareholders. This strategic shareholding structure positions ITCHL to deliver long-term value to all stakeholders while accelerating its independent growth trajectory. The entity will also continue to leverage ITC Ltd.’s institutional strengths, globally acclaimed sustainability credentials, high-quality talent pool, digital capabilities, robust governance, and sourcing of quality products.

ITC Hotels operates a bouquet of over 140 properties with over 13,000 keys in over 90 locations. It has launched 30 hotels within a period of 24 months recently (as on 31st December 2024), and has a robust target of adding at least one hotel a month on an average over the next 24 months.
