The event was graced by Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor Shri Manoj Sinha ji, who delivered an inspiring address as the Chief Guest. Shri Amitabh Kant, G20 Sherpa, led the discussions, joined by esteemed speakers such as Shri Rajeev Rai Bhatnagar, Advisor to Hon’ble LG, Shri Atal Dulloo, Chief Secretary, J&K and Smt. Yasha Mudgal, Commissioner Secretary, Tourism, J&K.

The Conclave featured a diverse array of panelists from various sectors, including the film fraternity, government, sustainable tourism, hospitality, policy-making, digital media, event management, IT, academia, marketing, and more. With EY India serving as knowledge partners, the Conclave focused on key areas such as infrastructure development, sustainable tourism, adventure tourism, heritage and culture preservation, promotional activities, policy frameworks, employment generation and community engagement, all aimed at fostering sustainable tourism in the region.

Filmmakers such as Imtiaz Ali, Vishal Bhardwaj, Sanjay Suri, and Kabir Khan, who have actively promoted Kashmir through their cinematic works, have offered significant insights into the Film Policy, the harnessing of local talent, and other related aspects.
Yasha Mudgal, expressed her appreciation for the inputs provided by the panelists on behalf of the Tourism Department, emphasizing the focus on future roadmaps, policy frameworks, strategies, including the creation of tourism circuits.
