The Westin Chennai Velachery announced the appointment of its new Food & Beverage Manager, Jithin Nair.
With his extensive experience and exceptional skills in the industry, Jithin is set to take charge of various responsibilities and contribute to the hotel’s overall success.
In his role as the Food & Beverage Manager, Jithin will be entrusted with overseeing all F&B operations within the hotel. This includes managing catering services, wedding revenue, and offsite catering revenue, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences. His expertise will play a vital role in maintaining a consistent and high level of service delivery that aligns with The Westin Chennai’s standards of excellence.
One of Jithin Nair’s key focuses will be managing controllable costs to maximize profitability while upholding service quality. This strategic approach reflects his commitment to optimizing operational efficiency without compromising on the guests’ satisfaction.
With a remarkable career spanning 15 years, Jithin’s professional journey showcases his unwavering dedication and expertise in the F&B industry. From 2019 to 2021, he served as the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at Courtyard by Marriott Surat, where he honed his leadership skills and contributed to the hotel’s success. Prior to that, he held the position of Director of Beverages at Westin Pune from 2018 to 2019 and Banquet Manager at Courtyard by Marriott Pune from 2014 to 2018. These diverse roles have equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of various aspects of the F&B industry, allowing him to bring valuable insights and innovative ideas to his new position.
