Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty has announced the appointment of Johny Joy as the Director of Food & Beverage Services.
Johny completed his Bachelor in Hotel Management from MAIHM, Jaipur in 2011 and started his career with Marriott Jaipur as an F&B Associate. In 2013, he was transferred to the Ritz Carlton Bangalore as a Senior Associate. His next move was to the Shangri-La Bangalore in 2015 where he joined as a Senior Restaurant Supervisor.
Johny joined the Grand Hyatt Kochi family as an Assistant Outlet Manager in November 2017 and was subsequently promoted to Outlet Manager in 2019 and Assistant Director F&B in 2022. With his passion and dedication towards his craft and care towards his team, Johny has proved himself and his capability to take on the new role.
