Kamran Khan has been appointed as Chef De Cuisine for Bidri, signature fine dine restaurant at Hyderabad Marriott Hotel & Convention Centre.
With over eighteen years of experience in the hospitality industry, Kamran is an energetic culinary professional with a blend of creativity, passion for food and exceptional cooking skills. Kamran has worked as a dynamic leader with numerous brands including Marriott, ITC Group of Hotels and Taj Group of Hotels.
Hailing from Agra, Kamran Khan completed his diploma in food production from Food Craft Institute, Aligarh in 2003-2004.
In his previous role, Kamran worked at Taj Hotel & Convention Centre Agra as Sous Chef. With his expertise, Kamran has successfully managed a large kitchen team and maintained and delivered high standards of taste and quality.
In his new role at Marriott Hyderabad, Kamran Khan will be handling the entire operations at Bidri and curating elaborate delicacies incorporating his signature style of flavours. Kamran will bring the authentic Indian cuisine of the Riyasats from Andhra, Hyderabad, Kashmir, Punjab and Lucknow, making it a blissful experience for gourmands.
