The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore announced the appointment of Kiran Kumar Reddy as the Executive Housekeeper.
Kiran is a seasoned hotelier with a successful career spanning fifteen years across hospitality and business.
Reddy started his journey in the Housekeeping department at Oberoi Vanyavilas Wildlife Resort, Ranthambore in December 2006. Being a goal-oriented and high-caliber professional, he ascended to leadership positions steadily. Kiran has headed the department for leading hotels across the country such as Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel and Novotel Hyderabad Airport as the Executive Housekeeper, and The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace as the Assistant Executive Housekeeper.
In his last role, Kiran Kumar Reddy led the team as Director of Operations at Table Space Technologies, Hyderabad. He managed operations for two workspace buildings, being responsible for their facilities management, forecasting and managing budgets, setting up standard operating procedures, identifying workflow solutions as well as mentoring and training the associates. Kiran’s passion for the hospitality industry drew him back to hotels as the Executive Housekeeper at The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore.
Kiran has been awarded to be a certified trainer in ABC’s of Housekeeping, a certified Culture champion and trainer as well as a departmental trainer by leading hotel companies across the world.
In his current role, Reddy will be spearheading the Housekeeping department at The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore. His operational and training expertise will enhance the management of the department for delivering exceptional Ritz-Carlton standard service, implementing operational effectiveness, and ensuring team member empowerment with knowledge and training to create treasured memories for The Ritz-Carlton guests.
