JW Marriott Pune has announced the appointment of Luke Rodrigues as its new Front Office Manager.
Luke is a distinguished graduate of IHM Mumbai, bringing with him a wealth of experience garnered over a decade.
Luke commenced his journey with IHG, where he served as a management trainee, dedicating three fruitful years to two prestigious units—Holiday Inn Mumbai and Holiday Inn Resorts Goa.
His professional trajectory then led him to Hyatt, where he spent a commendable seven years contributing to the success of three distinguished hotels: Grand Hyatt Kochi, Hyatt Centric Delhi, and Grand Hyatt Mumbai.
As a valued member of the JW Marriott, Pune, Luke assumes the pivotal role of managing daily front-office operations at JW Marriott Pune. His responsibilities encompass delivering personalized guest experiences, cultivating brand loyalty, and inspiring the team to embrace daily challenges. Luke oversees crucial departments such as reservations, concierge, club, guest relations, and front desk, ensuring the delivery of memorable and personalized interactions for our esteemed guests to cherish.
Beyond his professional endeavours, Luke Rodrigues is a dedicated travel enthusiast, always ready for new adventures with a backpack in tow. Additionally, he indulges his passion for percussion, showcasing his artistic flair beyond the confines of the hospitality world.
