An alumni of IBA, his journey commenced at Taj President Mumbai before his tenure at Grand Hyatt Mumbai. Rising swiftly through the ranks, Manoj’s roles included F&B Leader, Director of Food and Beverage, and pivotal positions at luxury brands such as Grand Hyatt Mumbai, Sofitel Mumbai and JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar.
