Neelabh Chugh comes with an experience of over 2 decades across hospitality operations and hotel openings, before taking over as General Manager Renaissance Ahmedabad.
With his roots firmly planted in Food and Beverage Division, Neelabh Chugh has a keen interest and knowledge of MICE and Rooms Division management. Chef at heart and a marathoner, Neelabh loves driving, exploring new places and cuisines.
During his professional journey has gathered experience in both various luxury resorts and business hotels. In his varied experience, he started his career as a chef in New Delhi, worked his way into Restaurants, events and F&B operations, in reputed brands like IHG, Hyatt, Radisson and lebua Hotels, in multiple destinations across the country.
He started his Marriott journey in 2018 and launched a Fairfield in Sriperumbudur, and established it to an enviable market leader position in his previous assignment, with the additional charge of Fairfield by Marriott OMR Chennai.
A Royal Enfield lover, Neelabh is a curious soul who is always on a discovery mode.
With a clear philosophy of upholding the brand values and Neelabh loves challenging the status-quo and inspires his team to accept nothing less than perfection from each other and then deliver it to the guests.
