A seasoned hospitality professional with over 27+ years of experience with reputed brands like Marriott, Radison and Lebua, Neelabh is known for delivering exceptional results and creating value for all stakeholders while elevating guest experiences.
In his previous role at Radisson Ludhiana, Neelabh Chugh achieved remarkable milestones, leading the hotel to rank No. 1 in RGI with a score of 158.4 in the STR. He also built a strong, high-performing team, that delivered excellent guest feedback scores, and a healthy flowthru. Neelabh and team upgraded the property’s serviced and amenities to take the guest experiences to next level. Additionally, his relationships in the market took the property’s reputation to next level.
