Courtyard by Marriott Gurugram Downtown has announced the appointment of Nikhil Bhanot as the new Hotel Manager
With an illustrious career spanning over two decades in the hospitality industry, Nikhil brings a wealth of experience in hotel operations, guest experience management, and strategic leadership in tier-1 markets.
An alumnus of IHM Bhopal (2002-2005), Nikhil started his journey in Food & Beverage (F&B) operations, gaining extensive expertise in both fine dining establishments and large-scale catering events. His career has seen him collaborate with some of the most prestigious hospitality brands, including Shangri-La, Hilton, and The Leela Hotels. In 2022, he took on the role of Director of Food & Beverage at JW Marriott Aerocity, New Delhi, where he played a pivotal role in enhancing the hotel’s F&B reputation and operational efficiency.
Recognized for his business acumen, operational excellence, and employee engagement, Nikhil has received numerous accolades throughout his career. His leadership in Operational Innovation has led to successful projects and brand positioning initiatives across multiple hotel chains.
At Courtyard by Marriott Gurugram Downtown, Nikhil will oversee hotel operations, ensuring excellence in guest experiences and reinforcing Marriott’s brand positioning in the dynamic Gurugram market. His strategic vision and deep understanding of consumer preferences will be instrumental in strengthening the hotel’s market presence and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Nikhil is passionate about motorbiking, cooking for his family, and reading.
