Nikhil Raje has been appointed as the Human Resources Manager for Hyatt Regency Dehradun (Pre-Opening).
Nikhil brings along with him an industry experience of 12 years across Marriott, Radisson, Accor & Hyatt hotels in India. Starting his career as a Guest Service Officer at the Grand Hyatt Mumbai in 2008, Nikhil transitioned to the HR department in 2011. Nikhil, who has been with Hyatt for 10 years now and has worked at Grand Hyatt Goa as the Assistant Training Manager, Hyatt Ahmedabad as Human Resources Manager. His last assignment before moving to Hyatt Regency Dehradun was with Hyatt Pune as Human Resources Manager.
With his great people skills and the ability to resolve conflict quickly and efficiently, in his current role Nikhil will be responsible for the recruitment of the team, managing payroll, ensuring ethical business practices, statutory compliances, associate wellbeing, learning & development, and team engagement.
Coming from the fast-paced city of Pune, Nikhil, is a mountaineer, a yoga & fitness enthusiast, and a travel photographer. He is also an active theatre artist.
