Hailing from the vibrant city of Kolkata, fondly known as the “City of Joy,” Paromita Dasgupta brings a wealth of experience and passion to her new role. Her love for travel, green thumb, and affinity for diving into the pages of her favorite authors exemplify her well-rounded personality.
Paromita’s journey in the hospitality industry began in 2011 when she joined Swissotel Kolkata as a Guest Service Associate. Over the years, she has honed her expertise, specializing in front office operations and gaining valuable experience at renowned hotel groups like Taj, Accor, and Marriott. Her most recent venture as the Front Office Manager at JW Marriott Kolkata has further strengthened her abilities and leadership skills.
As the Front Desk Manager at Hyatt Regency Pune, Paromita’s focus will be on elevating the hotel’s guest satisfaction index and ensuring delightful experiences for all guests. Her people-centric approach will undoubtedly foster a warm and welcoming environment for visitors. In addition, she will take charge of driving room revenue and implementing cost-effective measures to optimize revenue generation.
