Paromita Dasgupta brings an impressive 12-year legacy of professional experience to her new role. Her journey commenced in 2011 as a Front Office Associate with Sarovar Group of Hotels and assumed the position of Front Office Executive at Swissotel Kolkata in the following year She continued to flourish, taking on the role of Assistant Manager Front Desk at Courtyard and Fairfield Marriott Bangalore, where she was a vital part of the pre-opening team in 2015.

Paromita’s dedication and talent led her to JW Marriott Kolkata, where she began as a Front Desk Manager in 2018, progressing through the ranks to become Front Office Manager in 2022. Before gracing us with her presence at Sheraton Grand Chennai Resort & Spa, she demonstrated her exceptional skills as the Front Office Manager at Hyatt Regency Pune.

In her new role as Front Office Manager, Paromita will assume the leadership of the Front Office department. With her extensive experience spanning various distinguished brands, we have every confidence that she will usher in a new era of elevated guest experiences and set the bar higher than ever before.
