Ananta Hotels & Resorts has announced the appointment of Pradippta Biiswaas as its new Chief Operations Officer (COO).
In his new role, Pradippta will oversee and manage the group’s operations and new hotel openings, continuing his journey of leadership and excellence within the organization. Alongside his new responsibilities, he will also maintain his position as Vice President of Operations at Radisson City Centre Jaipur.
Pradippta has been with Ananta Hotels & Resorts for 2.5 years and has demonstrated tremendous growth during his tenure. His time as VP of Operations at Radisson City Centre Jaipur was marked by substantial improvements in operational efficiencies and financial performance. His strategic planning, resource optimization, and commitment to service excellence set high standards across the board.
In his role as COO, Pradippta will bring his wealth of experience and detail-oriented approach to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences across the Ananta Hotels & Resorts portfolio. His leadership is characterized by a seamless progression of strategic vision, financial acumen, and innovative guest relations.
