Recognized for his strategic expertise and operational excellence, he has a strong track record in financial planning, cost control optimization, and driving consistent revenue growth through innovative F&B concepts and service enhancements.
Before joining Courtyard Shillong, Prashant held key leadership positions across prestigious establishments, showcasing his expertise in pre-opening operations, restaurant management, and guest service excellence.
