Courtyard and Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru ORR has appointed Priya Kumari as the new Training Manager.
Priya Kumari began her journey in the hospitality industry in 2013 as a Reservation Associate. Since then, she has been associated with top brands like Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach, JW Marriott Bengaluru, Grand Mercure GIFT City,Mercure Hyderabad KCP & Ibis Hyderabad Hitec City and has handled various operational activities.
Certified with Leadership Development Programme, Priya has even won Performer of the year in 2018 during one of her last stints.
Priya Kumari was certified as a trainer by the Accor Academy in 2020 and since then she’s been delivering brand training in the hospitality Industry.
Priya comes with over 9 years of experience in the industry in Reservations, Revenue Management and Training. She is well-known for skill sets such as developing and implementing quality standards and operational policies, as well as for tracking records of the planning and implementation of effective training procedures.
As a trainer, she exudes a high-level of energy and is widely known for her demonstrated leadership skills, creativity, artistic display, public relations, and ability to excel in every task.
Priya Kumari has been exceptional in planning as a strategist and implementer with expertise in establishing and overseeing entire operations with primary emphasis on the top line and bottom line profitability by ensuring optimal resource utilization.
In her current job role, Priya will be monitoring and identifying training needs in the organization, as well as designing, strategizing, and implementing training programs, policies, and procedures to accomplish the organization’s objectives.
