Four Points by Sheraton, Visakhapatnam has announced the appointment of Rabindra Rai as its new Hotel Manager.
With over 18 years of progressive experience in the hospitality industry, Rabindra brings an impressive track record of success, having worked with prestigious brands such as Marriott, Hyatt, and Oberoi.
A graduate of the Institute of Hotel Management, Pusa, Rabindra began his career in 2005 as an at The Oberoi New Delhi, where he quickly rose through the ranks. His five-year tenure at The Oberoi (2005-2010) laid the foundation for his expertise in F&B operations.
In 2010, Rabindra joined The Westin Gurgaon, where he held key roles as Manager of Restaurants and Bar/Beverage Manager until 2016. His dedication to service excellence and passion for the industry continued to grow. From 2016 to 2019, he further honed his leadership abilities as the Food and Beverage Manager at The Westin Sohna Resorts and Spa.
Rabindra’s career then progressed at Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad, where he served as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage (2019-2021), followed by a pivotal role as Pre-Opening Assistant General Manager at Hyatt Place Vadodara (2021-2023).
Most recently, he was the Complex Director of Operations at Courtyard and Fairfield by Marriott ORR, Bengaluru, where he excelled in driving business growth and operational excellence. His customer-focused and performance-driven approach has consistently resulted in elevated service standards and increased profitability.
